New-Gen Mercedes-Benz Citan Confirmed, Wil Get An Electric Version
The Mercedes-Benz Citan will continue to live on beyond the outgoing generation, as the automaker has confirmed working on its successor.

In the preliminary details announced, the company said that it will still be made in cooperation with Renault-Nissan, yet it will be instantly recognizable as a Benz, courtesy of an exterior makeover.

“The new Citan will undergo a comprehensive new development and clearly be recognizable as a Mercedes-Benz at first glance”, said the chief of Mercedes Vans, Marcus Breitschwerdt. “We will provide for a distinctive brand-adequate identity in the successor of our small van.”
